Life is a funny thing. The way the world brings happenstances into existence. The story starts with two people in two different parts of the country with no knowledge of one another but a mutual friend between us. That mutual friend would introduce us via a social app. From there, words and an ember of feelings ignited. Living in two separate states we ended up meeting face to face in Texas. Unfortunately it was not our time as we went our separate ways. Life continued, and I having a feeling Chelsie was the one for me, a funny thing happened. We reconnected years later still long distance; still in two different parts of the country. The ember we once had breathed to life again. After all of the years that went by we picked up right where we left off. We grew more into our own person we were meant to be. Both of us eager to see each other, Chelsie flew down to Mississippi and we met for the first time again in a new chapter that sparked our journey of wanting to spend the rest of our lives together. We both visited each other over the course of 2 years. It was not easy being apart from someone you want to be with. Even more the person you fell in love with. We endured the long distance and in between strengthened our relationship more. The last time we were to be apart from each other came the proposal. Thank God she said yes! That moment where chapter's of two separate people become a story of our own. We are a living proof of something that is quite rare in the world we live in. Two people across the country who endured space, time and challenges are now to be wed. True love is our story.
