Maid of Honor
I met Stephanie almost 4 years ago at a party through a mutual friend just before I moved to Greenwood to start PA school. I didn't really know a lot of people in the Indianapolis area so I was nervous I wouldn't have anyone to hang out with when I moved. Before I left the party, I asked if she wanted to hang out (super dorky, I know!). She was so nice and clearly a fellow “nerd” (she’s really smart!) so we pretty much became instant friends. Since then, my favorite memories are late nights at Mucky Ducks and girl’s nights out spent talking and laughing. She has the best laugh of anyone I know! I'm so glad that I have her in my life and I'm so happy she will be a part of our big day.
Bridesmaid
Kat and I met over 10 years ago at a friend's house party. I was in nursing school at IU and came home for a ND home game weekend. To be honest, the details are a little fuzzy from that first night and many others, but I always remember Kat to be the most bubbly person at the parties. Our friendship started as dancing on bar tops and taking shots to her being one of my oldest and best friends. At this point, we can't stop being friends because we know too much about each other! My favorite memories will always be our Backer nights, ND tailgates, Halloween outings with "awkward legs", and out of town mishaps in Chicago. I couldn't imagine our big day without her by my side, my forever partner in crime.
Bridesmaid
Courtney and I met in PA school about 3 years ago. On the first day of school we both realized we were from South Bend so we just started chatting. Since that first day, we were inseparable throughout the program, even to the point of being called the other person's name. If it weren't for her always being there, I don't think I would have ever made it through the program. My favorite memories with Courtney are going to Susto concerts; she has the best taste in music of anyone I know. More than anything, I'm grateful to have a friend who will always be there for me. We're so happy to have you a part of our wedding!
Best Man
JJ and Kyle met just before high school and initially did not like one another. After the first few weeks of freshman year, they realized they had mutual friends and decided to give each other a chance. By the end of freshman year, they were sharing a locker and becoming close friends. It is only fitting that after high school, JJ and Kyle were roommates in college and joined the same fraternity together. After all these years, Kyle could not be happier to have given this guy a chance. They have been friends for over 12 years and are forever bonded as brothers of Sigma Nu. The big day wouldn’t feel quite right without this guy at Kyle’s side!
Groomsman
Joey is one of Kyle’s best friends and someone you will always see in his most recent text messages. Joey and Kyle rarely go more than a day without talking, live less than 10 minutes away from each other and are usually grabbing beers once a week together. Kyle was Joey’s best man and if it was not for Joey, he would be even worse at golf than he already is. He could not be happier to have this man in his wedding party!
Groomsman
CJ and Kyle first met in high school and have been in the same best friend group since. CJ is a loyal, trusted and caring friend who is always there when you need him. They spent many years together growing up and Kyle cherishes the memories the two of them have made throughout their time. Although they have not always made the best decisions together, they always have a great story to tell! CJ is a must-have in the wedding party, since it is never a party without him!
