Due to the safety of yourself and others, we strongly recommend that you get vaccinated before our wedding. IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 AROUND OUR WEDDING, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND. We'd love to have you there with us, but the health and safety of our guests (some of which are older or may be immuno-compromised) is our top priority. Masks and sanitizer will be available. If you are not vaccinated, we'd appreciate you wearing a mask. You can find a local vaccine clinic near you at this site: https://www.vaccines.gov/search/
Although not required, it will be a lot of fun to dress in 1920's attire! You can dress as simple or as glam as you want. Flapper dresses, tweed outfits - all are acceptable! We got a bit of inspiration on attire from the TV show "Peaky Blinders" so feel free to do the same. There will be a prize for the Bride and Groom's favorite costume!
It's a bit hilly in some places so please watch your step. Most areas are paved, but the deck is wood. Please avoid shoes that are hard to walk in uneven terrain.
We highly recommend it so that you can stay and enjoy the festivities without having to worry about getting home safely. There are other options down the road for RVs, camping and other cabins but we are unsure of availability and price.
Please bring food and drink for you and your party for Friday night (we will have light snacks available at the bottle share), Saturday breakfast and/or lunch, and a potluck breakfast item or two to share on Sunday morning. We will be providing dinner, dessert, and late night sliders for guests on Saturday evening, and a variety of quiche and beverages for our 'Hair of the Dog' Potluck Brunch on Sunday morning. Also, there is a swimming pool on site so bring a suit if you want!
Space is limited! Email us at Abbott10102020@gmail.com, text/call Chelsey at 530-515-9390, or JT at 530-722-7558 if you are unsure of how many invitations you are allowed.
Kids are welcome, but we would prefer if you had someone watch them for you so you can enjoy time for yourself! If during the ceremony your child is making a fuss and noises, please take them away from the area so others can hear. Tsasdi resort holds the right to ask you to remove your children from any area if their safety, or the safety of others, is at risk.
