Though they went to different high schools, Chase and Chelsey were first brought together by mutual friends. They got along well, became friends, and would always hang out at people's houses and parties. Life took them down separate paths for the next 8 years: they started college, jumped around from job to job, and dated different people. When one night, they found each other together again at a mutual friend's house, just like in their high school days. This time though, the connection was instant; they stayed up all night talking, and they didn't stop even after they left the next morning. Chase asked Chelsey to Dave & Buster's within the next few days as their first official date, and the sparks kept flying. Fifteen trips, one house, a dog, lots of love, and so much anime and Stardew Valley later, Chase asked Chelsey to marry him in June of 2021 on their anniversary. That August, they wed, but the picture-perfect moment still felt incomplete without being surrounded by their family and friends. They are so excited now to be joined by everyone on part two of their big day!
