What we've learned when looking for flights is to first search Google for flights. Google almost ALWAYS has the cheapest flights versus the actual airline website. Unless you have flight benefits, this is for you.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Oahu Kapolei

We recommend this place due to how family friendly this hotel is; however, it is completely out of reach from everything that's going to be happening. Unless you're down for the drive, we highly recommend this place.

‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

Weʻre working on trying to block out rooms at THIS hotel because we loved how family friendly this place is. They also have adjoining/connecting rooms which would make it much easier for bigger families that don't want to share the same room but also those who don't want to be far away from each other either. It is also conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki which will be much closer to our venue but better yet the islands nightlife.
