Travel

We’re so excited for all of you to visit Provincetown! Because P-Town is wildly popular in the summer, we recommend booking accommodations as early as possible. We also strongly suggest traveling by ferry from Boston. One-lane roads into Cape Cod can make for some slow traffic (we're talking 5 hours to get back to Boston...), and parking in Provincetown is **very limited**.

Travel Note

Provincetown Fast Ferry (best option from airport)

Bay State Cruise departs from the Boston Seaport. It's about a 5–10 minute Uber or Lyft ride from Logan Airport, making this an easy option for those of you flying in. The last ferry leaving Boston each day is at 5:30 PM.

Travel Note

Provincetown Fast Ferry

City Experiences offers a fast ferry from Boston departing from Long Wharf. This option is convenient if you’re taking public transportation from the Boston area. Long Wharf is about a 10–15 minute Uber or Lyft ride from Logan Airport, depending on traffic. The last ferry leaves Boston at 7:00 PM, Thursday–Sunday.
