This is where we have a block of 10 rooms reserved and where one of the shuttles will pick up and drop off guests. Group Booking link: Click on the link, enter the dates of stay (August 16) and click “check availability”. That will lead you into the wedding page with room types and contracted group rates. This is where we have a wedding block of 10 rooms available. We are able to extend this block once the initial 10 have been taken. We have many out of town guests invited! If you choose to stay here, there is no transportation available for guests to and from the wedding venue, but you can choose to take an Uber or Lyft to either the Hyatt Place Long Island or the Hotel Indigo Long Island and take the shuttle and arrive by 4:00 for a 4:15 departure time. Parking is available at the wedding venue as well, if you choose to drive. There are two ways you can book this hotel: you can either call directly at 631-727-6200 and mention the Ehmann/Mackowka wedding which already has the discount applied to the rooms available, or go to RiverheadHotel.com and enter the code discount10 for a 10% discount.
