Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to have a fun night out, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

We will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue, but only for guests staying at The Hyatt and Hotel Indigo. Shuttle service will pick up and drop off at these two hotels at designated times, which will be shared closer to the wedding day. If you’re staying elsewhere, we recommend planning your own transportation.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the Wildlife Refuge where our wedding ceremony will be held. This policy helps protect the natural habitat and ensures the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

We are excited to share that both our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. Here's the schedule for the evening: Ceremony: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM Cocktail Hour: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Reception: 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM This arrangement allows for a seamless transition between events, ensuring you can enjoy the entire celebration without the need to travel between locations. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests adhere to a formal dress code for our wedding. Additionally, as the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, we advise against wearing stiletto heels, as they may sink into the ground. Opting for block heels, wedges, or flats can provide better stability and comfort. Bringing a pair of comfortable shoes to change into is also a great option!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. This allows our professional photographers to capture the moments without interference and ensures that everyone can be fully present for this special part of the day.
