Flight
Although the jetport is a smaller airport, many airlines offer service to Portland, both direct and with connections, and it is a short drive from downtown Portland, South Portland and Cape Elizabeth.
Flight
Logan airport is a great option, as is it a large travel hub and most airlines will offer multiple daily flights connecting Boston with cities across the globe.
Train
If you are planning on flying into Boston, the Amtrak is one of several ways to make your way to Portland. Concord Coach Lines also offers hourly buses directly from Logan to Portland. The bus station in Portland is a 5-10 minute taxi/ride share drive into Portland or South Portland.

The Greater Portland area has many affordable housing options. We suggest going through Airbnb or other travel sites in order to find lodging. We've included a link to a guide of Portland's neighborhoods, if you're wondering where in town you should plan on staying. For those who will not their own car or a rental, we recommend that you stay in downtown Portland to facilitate your travel. There are many local taxi services and ride share drivers for those who will not have a vehicle.
