FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please contact my maid of honor, Ashley, 940-735-0595.
Question

Can I bring an extra person?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests who are specifically listed on your invitation attend. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. All uninvited guests will unfortunately be turned away at the door. Thank you so much for your understanding

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us plan our special day, we kindly ask that you RSVP for both the ceremony and reception at your earliest convenience. Our venue and vendors require a final headcount as early as possible, so please submit your RSVP by October 25, 2026. Guests who have not responded by this date will unfortunately be marked as unable to attend. Thank you so much for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, so please plan to arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure you will be seated on time for the big day! Latecomers will unfortunately not be allowed entry after 3:50 pm until the wedding talk begins. Thank you for your understanding

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, however due to space and planning limitations, only the children specifically listed on your invitation are invited to attend. We kindly ask that no additional children be brought. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep everything running smoothly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes — we kindly ask guests to wear black attire. If you are part of the asoebi group, please wear the fabric/style that has been specifically assigned to you. Thank you for helping us bring our vision together

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes — parking will be available at the venue.

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We’ll be serving a selection of traditional Nigerian dishes at the cocktail hour and reception. We’re excited for you to enjoy the flavors with us!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

If your plans change after you’ve already RSVPed, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reach out to us directly so we can update our guest count with the venue and vendors. We understand that things come up and appreciate you keeping us informed
