What are your plans around COVID?

Updated 5.21.22 - We love each and every one of you, and want to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will be updating this with more guidelines if regulations change, but we are respectfully requesting that all guests be fully vaccinated to attend the ceremony and reception. If you are unable to be fully vaccinated, please take a rapid test the evening before or morning of the wedding. We are asking that everyone, no matter vaccination status, confirm they feel well (no symptoms) prior to coming to the wedding. Please note that, weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, and the cocktail hour will have access to indoors, but will be mostly outside. The reception space is indoors, but one wall of the reception room has accordion doors that will open to a covered veranda, depending on the weather.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want this to be your night off! Please let little ones visit with family or have fun with a sitter during our wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only guests whose names appear on the invitation, along with their invited “& Guest”s, can attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please specify your dietary needs in the RSVP section.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on-site at the Whiteface Club & Resort. The shuttle will also be available for guests to take from the hotels to the venue.
