Reagan is one of two airports in the Washington DC area. It is best to fly into the DC area either in early afternoon or late evening after 7pm (in order to avoid the awful rush hour traffic).

Richmond is the best of the three flight options as far as the most easily accessible and easy navigation. However, ticket prices may be more expensive when choosing this airport. Again, best to fly in at times where it is not rush hour (95 traffic is terrible).
