Chelsea & her family attended a Luke Bryan concert at CMAC in Canandaigua, NY. As fate would have it, they parked in the wrong parking lot, and needed the manager’s assistance to figure out how to pick up the VIP packages that came with their tickets. That manager who would help them was Connor, as he owns the valet company. For Connor, it was love at first sight. He told his valet guy’s to do ‘anything’ she needed. For Chelsea, it was - get me into this concert to see Luke Bryan! Connor gave her his business card & told her to CC him in on an email to the VIP company. She texted him that night & thanked him for his help. The next day, he texted her regarding the email, and never stopped. That same day he also pulled her Facebook profile up and told his younger sister Maddy that he was going to marry her one day. And he was right.. <3

Connor, being a video producer, told me the last week of October, that he had volunteered me for a last-minute photoshoot for a local magazine that is one of his clients the next Tuesday. That day I drove out to Cumming Nature Center in beautiful Naples, NY. The photographer took several individual shots of me in different scenes in the woods. They said that they needed a ‘walking away shot’. Connor and the photographers positioned me in the middle of a pine needle-blanketed trail, in a sea of tall red pines. The photographer made a comment that a piece of my hair was out of place, and Connor volunteered to fix it. After a few minor adjustments and approval from the photographer, Connor walked away and I turned my back to the camera. Moments later I felt him grab my hand. He turned me towards the cameras, and bent down on one knee. I said ‘YES’ as soon as he could get the words out!
