Make your way from Seattle to Anacortes to catch your ferry to Orcas Island. Enjoy the scenic sail through the San Juan Islands. If you can break up your travel a bit, we recommend staying a night either in Seattle or Anacortes before you head to Orcas Island on Friday.

Flight

Sea-Tac Aiport

Fly into sea-tac where you can set up a car rental before the next leg of the trip. You can also fly into Everett's PAE airport, but it's smaller and prices are typically higher.

Rental Car

Hop in your car and head to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal

You'll need to drive to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal to catch your ferry to Orcas Island. The drive from Sea-Tac to Anacortes is just under 2 hours.

Travel Note

Orcas Island Ferry

Reserve your space on the Anacortes to Orcas Island Ferry in advance of your trip. The trip takes around 1 hour and 40 minutes and the ferry schedule is listed on their website. It's a super scenic ride so make sure to take in the views from the passenger deck!
