Everyone's temperature will be checked at the door upon arrival. We will also be providing masks at the door, but you are more than welcome to bring your own as well if you would like! In addition, all of the tables for the reception have been more spaced out, and there will be some outdoor seating on the patio with tables for four people in case you would like to be even more spaced out from other guests. Vecoma's staff will also be serving guests from behind the buffet to limit contact with food.
If your RSVP has changed, please let us know or go ahead and change it on the website. If nothing has changed, you are all set!
Yes, you can send your RSVP with the card by August 12th! We will not be sending second RSVPs, but we will be sending "change the dates" for your reference with our new date.
The venue has a private parking lot, so there is plenty of parking for all guests!
Our guest list is very limited, so your invite will indicate whether or not you will be able to bring a date! If you have a significant other, we will include them as your date; however, if not, unfortunately, we will not be able to allow everyone to bring a plus one.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Men can wear dress pants and a button down, and ties are optional. Ladies can wear cocktail attire.
The ceremony will be held outside, along the Yellow River. Since the wedding is in September, it will be pretty hot outside, so plan for that when deciding what to wear. The reception will be indoors with a patio that is covered right outside of the room for the reception.
Yes! The wedding party will be taking photos after the ceremony, and for the guests in the meanwhile there will be a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers before the reception begins. The ceremony and reception are both located at Vecoma, so there is no worry about driving anywhere after the ceremony.
We are going to have an unplugged ceremony, so please turn off your phones and wait to take pictures until after the ceremony. We don't want any phones in the way while our photographer is taking photos, so save the photos for the cocktail hour and reception!
Yes! Our hashtag is #CheersToTheCarbones, so please use that when posting photos so that we can keep track of all your pictures!
