Question

Will you require a mask or negative COVID test?

Answer

Masks ARE REQUIRED at our venue. If you forget one, one will be provided for you. We will not require a negative COVID test or COVID vaccination to attend but we do highly recommend that everyone get tested before the wedding if possible. We understand some areas do not have tests readily available, but we do here in Raleigh if your travel plans include a few extra days ahead of the wedding and for all the locals.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:00PM so we can have a timely start. If you are staying at our preferred hotel- the Longleaf, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:45pm so PLEASE make sure you meet the shuttle outside the lobby before then or it may leave without you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free public parking all around downtown Cary including a parking lot across the street and on the road behind the venue parallel to the train tracks

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sorry- but not unless we've specifically invited them.

Only the kids that have been invited by us (please ask if we have not invited them specifically)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have options that are vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy free. Meals will be served family style so you can choose your options accordingly. If you have a severe allergy or condition, please let us know so we can coordinate with our caterers.
