When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promplty at 5:30, the ceremony processional will begin at 6:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire; Black Tie Optional. For the gentlemen: you may wear full suit and tie if you prefer, or slacks and button down formal wear. For the ladies: This is the event you have been saving that dress for! If you would like to dress it up and wear a formal length dress and heels we welcome that! We just ask to leave your ballgowns at home ;) Otherwise, formal wear, and dresses preffered.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please reach out to us or leave a note on your RSVP if you have a food allergy; we will make accommodations for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have the entire Presidential Library parking lot to ourselves; parking will be convinient for our guests.

Will the Event be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the Library's rose garden, we ask that you take into consideration the weather and dress accordingly. After the ceremony, our guests will enjoy a cocktail hour in the garden by the reflection pool where there will be tray passed hors d'oeuvres. The reception will take place in the Grand Ballroom where dinner will be served, and dancing will commence. Our guests are welcome to step outside of the ballroom throughout the night to enjoy the lighted garden and museum features.

Our guests will be served a plated salad course that includes: Mandarin Spinach Salad Petite Ciabatta and Whole Grain Baguette Butter Rosettes Followed by a plated Duet Entree Course: Roasted Garlic Herb & Cream Cheese Chicken Breast Sliced Chimmichuri Tenderloin Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, and Heriloom Carrots.
