Travel Note
Uber works down here although there are less drivers then in the United States. Didi is also an app that is like Uber that I have used. the nice thing about Didi is you get a quote for your trip and you can pay in pesos so you don't have to link up a credit card. both of these are normally cheaper then getting a taxi. if you plan on using the Uber or Didi app to get to and from the airport you might have to write to the driver when you get linked up with them and let them know you'll leave a tip or sometimes they reject the ride. I use Uber and Didi to get around San Miguel if the walk is a little longer then I would like. most rides are between 30 and 60 pesos so $2 to $4 plus tip.
