Since high school, I knew Michael as that guy who worked out and ate lots of protein. We never met back then, but he went to high school and college with a few of my best friends. Fast forward to 2018…Tiffany, Christine, and I were hanging out in Ft. Worth one day and they decided to call Michael to come hang out with us. I have to admit, I was pretty excited to meet him. I remember in the car, they talked about what a great/nice guy he was and got along with everybody. I could already tell we had a lot of similarities. When we met that night, it was obvious we had amazing chemistry and I thought he was really cute. We soon had our first date and he really woo'd me with his amazing cooking, stocking his apt with my favorite snacks, and delivering me treats after work. Michael is the most loving, patient, and supportive person I've met. After three months, I knew in my heart I wanted to marry him. Still to this day, we could be doing nothing, sitting on the couch, talking & laughing for hours. I just can’t wait to start our life together!

I remember the day so clearly! I had just gotten to the gym when I got a random call from Tiffany asking me to hang out with her, Christine, and Abby. And I have to admit, when I heard Abby was going to be there, I knew what I was going to do…I left the gym right away to go get ready. That night the three of us went out for drinks and I instantly fell for her. We all had a great time but I always found myself wanting extra time to talk just to her or to sit right next to her. I remember leaving that night thinking to myself, “I hope I get to see her again.” Well, several weeks later, and an Instagram follow request (she made the first social media move btw), we were on our first date. Even in a few months of dating, I knew that she was the one. We just clicked with one another and I quickly realized that she was everything I had been looking for this whole time. Now that the date is set, and we’re soon to be married, I still have that same excited feeling that I had the first night I met her. I can’t believe that I am lucky enough to be with someone as perfect as Abby.
