Maid of Honor
One day, Engulfed in the smell of freshly baked rolls and fall off the bone ribs, a friendship was born. Kaela and I clicked immediately and decided that wreaking havoc on the local Buffalo Wild Wings wasn’t enough we needed to stay friends and bond over our love of adventure and laughter. Over the years, we’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve supported each other through crappy boyfriends, opposite career paths, and most importantly this ever changing rollercoaster we call life. I’m honored to be her Maid of Honor; obviously only because the groom position was already taken. Ask me about theatre or my pet geckos and you might never hear me shut up!
Best Man
I currently work as a Loan Officer. I’ve been best friends with Chase since the 4th grade. We met through our moms, and from that point on we were hanging out pretty much every day we could. Summers were awesome—we’d spend every single day playing football, basketball, or going fishing. Honestly, not much has changed. We still do all that stuff today we’ve just made beer a requirement now.
Maid of Honor
Our friendship started at Texas Roadhouse, and let’s just say it blossomed from there. Through good shifts, bad shifts, and everything in between, we grew closer and turned our friendship into endless nights of laughter, photo shoots in flower fields, and taco and margarita dates. It’s the kind of friendship where you just get each other, where you can be fully yourself, have deep conversations, and feel truly understood. If you meet me, ask me about my reality TV obsession, country dancing, my cat Arthur, or crafting cocktails.
Groomsman
Hello, my name is Ryan. I met Chase through Ty, and we drink and smoke cigarettes. Thank you.
Bridesmaid
I met Kaela through church, and later we ended up in a small group together, which is where our friendship really took off. Something that drew me to Kaela from the beginning was her intentionality and willingness to be vulnerable with a group of girls that, at the time, she barely knew. That tells you a lot about who Kaela is: genuine, humble, and deeply invested in people. Over the past couple of years, our friendship has been one of the biggest blessings. She has walked with me through some of my big life changes, celebrated the highs, and been a prayer warrior in the lows. She’s also earned the very important title of “Auntie KK” to Judah — a role she takes seriously and excels at. I am so grateful to do life alongside the Hellingers and even more excited to watch how God uses their marriage for His glory. If you meet me, ask me which season of Survivor I’m currently watching, what Judah’s newest trick is, or about next trip I’m planning!
Groomsman
I’m probably 30,000 feet above. I love flying planes and I currently work for Southwest Airlines. I met Chase freshman year of high school, and we’ve been friends ever sense.
Bridesmaid
Kaela and I were kindred spirits from the beginning! Come to find out, we were both drawn to each other when we joined the same small group at our church. I remember thinking, “who is this fun girl? I want to be her friend!” Our friendship formed quickly and has grown deeper ever since. While our shared love of Jesus is the foundation of our friendship, I’d say the rest of it is made up of half-sweet lattes, 2+ hour “chats”, and spontaneous lunch plans. Time spent together often turns into at least a 5 hour endeavor (and we wouldn’t change a thing). Kaela is a trusted confidant and faithful friend; someone I can turn to for encouragement or sound advice. Her kindness is evident in the way she genuinely connects with others and intentionally makes room for them in her life. I’m so grateful to know her and that God brought us together!
Groomsman
My name is Blake, and I’m someone who enjoys the outdoors and values the people close to me. I love spending time hunting and fishing. When I’m not outside, I enjoy being with friends and family—making memories and relaxing together. I’m also a diehard Oklahoma Sooners football fan.
Bridesmaid
I met Kaela in 2022 at a brewery, and from our very first conversation, I knew she was someone special. She was so genuine and kind, and I remember hoping we’d become friends. Little did I know that God was already writing that story. Through church events, coffee dates, and doing life side by side, our friendship has truly blossomed. Kaela is sweet, loyal, and a joy to be around. I’m so grateful for her friendship and can’t wait to see how the Lord continues to grow it. And if you meet me — ask me what show I’m currently binging, what crochet project I’m working on… or let’s talk about Jesus 🤍
Groomsman
Hello! My name is Shea and I met chase through a close friend of ours who is also a groomsman, Clay. We were 16 years old and throughout high school/ college we were almost inseparable. I remember the times when we used to sneak out of my parents' house to go to who knows what, went to schools and shot off fireworks on 4th of July, and had some damn good talks on the back porch while we threw down a 30 pack of Coors light and listened to some good country music. I am excited to see what god has planned for Chase and Kaela as they carry their marriage with love, laughter, full of adventures, and tons of fun! I like to do just about anything- lift weights, shoot guns, camp, go to social events, ride side by sides and am finally getting into golf!
Bridesmaid
Kaela and I have a friendship that’s been over 20 years in the making. We met at just four years old, back in the days of sidewalk chalk masterpieces and endless Barbie adventures, and we’ve been side by side ever since. From childhood to navigating all the ups and downs of adulthood, she’s been a constant in my life—and truly a sister by choice 💗 When you meet me, ask about some of our funniest childhood memories (there are plenty), my favorite *controversial* pickle combination, or my cats, Simba and Olive and will absolutely show you pictures of.
Groomsman
I met Chase around 2008 through my cousin Ty. I was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. I’m married and own a home just outside of Edmond. I attended Edmond Memorial High School and later continued my education at Francis Tuttle, where I studied diesel and automotive technology. I began my career working at an automotive shop in Edmond and currently work as a diesel technician for the John Deere dealer CL Boyd. In my free time, I enjoy fishing and spending time outdoors.
Bridesmaid
Our friendship began at a roommate meet and greet before we started college, and grew into a life long friendship through wine nights in our lounge, visiting each other at work to brighten our days, and of course MANY Dutch runs. Even though we are separated by hundreds of miles, we know that our friendship never falters and we are always there to support and love each other from afar. If you meet me ask me about my dog Theodore, my pasta addiction or my Star Dew Valley obsession!
Groomsman
I met Chase while suffering in the field preparing to deploy. I was told by our boss’s boss that he had sent someone with my kind of type A personality to the same unit and to find him to “make the battery just better”. It took me 5 seconds with Chase to know this was the guy. Chase and I worked and roomed together during one of the most stressful and emotional deployments a Patriot battery could go through. Through the struggles we leaned on and trusted each other to just get the job done. He also became of one my closest friends through tramabonding over the 9 months we endured together. If you meet me ask me about my wife Sarah, my experience as an army brat, my special forces training, what positioned I played in college football, and all the countries I have traveled to.
Sister of Honor
You could say I was born into the relationship and had no other choice but I’m very grateful for it! It gave me a built-in bestie. From making childhood memories, keeping secrets, and sharing clothes (mostly stealing). Watching each other grow up has been the greatest gift. If you meet me ask me about my daughter brilynn, 7 brew obsession, Ohio state football, and my two labs Hank and Maverick!
Groomsmen/ Brother of the Bride
Howdy, my name is Sean. I met Chase through my sister. We enjoy disc golf and drinks.
Bridesmaid/ Sister of the Bride
Meeting Kaela in 2018 was the beginning of something really special. From the start, we always got along, but over the past year, our relationship has grown into something I deeply value. Somewhere along the way, she stopped feeling like a “stepsister” and started feeling like the sister I’ve always wanted. Being close in age has also made it even better. We share the same sense of humor, a love for jewelry and all things pretty, and the kind of bond that feels easy and natural. I’m so grateful that life brought us together and even more grateful to stand beside her as she begins this next chapter. If you get a chance to meet me, ask me about my love for Billie Eilish, how I learned to walk on stilts, or my slight obsession with music festivals.
Bridesmaid/ Sister of the Groom
Growing up with Chase as my older brother meant he was my best friend and my protector. I always knew there would come a day that he would become that for someone else, and I was excited because that meant I would also finally be given a sister. From the moment I meant Kaela, she has been exactly that for me, a sister. She embraced me from the moment we met and it has been nothing but fun and laughter since, but she is also someone you can talk to about anything and feel seen. Especially things you can’t talk to your brother about lol. If you meet me, ask me about my dogs, soccer, or anything cooking or baking.
Mother of the Bride
Being Kaela’s mom has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. From the moment she was born, I knew God had given me a special gift in her. Watching her grow into the strong, kind, and beautiful woman she is today has filled my heart with so much pride and gratitude. One thing about Kaela is that when she sets her mind to something, she will accomplish it. I’ve seen that determination in her since she was little, and it’s one of the many things I admire about her. I truly believe God placed Chase in her life at just the right time, and it has been such a joy watching their relationship grow in love and faith. Seeing the two of them together makes my heart so full, and I couldn’t be happier to welcome Chase into our family. If you get a chance to meet me, ask me about my favorite memories of raising Kaela, my love for family gatherings, or how many prayers it took to get her through her teenage years.
Mother of the Groom
As parents, one of life’s greatest blessings is watching your child grow into the person God created them to be, and we are incredibly proud of the man Chase has become. He lives his life with integrity, loyalty, and a deep faith in Christ, and his service in the Army reflects the strength and character he carries in all he does. When Kaela came into his life, we saw a new joy in Chase and knew she was someone truly special. Chase has always been loyal and committed, and when he chose Kaela, we knew he would love her wholeheartedly and faithfully. We are so proud of the life they are building together—grounded in faith, love, and service to one another. Our prayer is that they always keep Jesus at the center of their marriage and continue to grow together in His love. Chase and Kaela, we love you both and are so blessed to celebrate this beautiful day with you.
Father of the Bride
What can I say about my girl! When you have kids, you want your son to be like his father and the girls to be like their mom; I think God missed the memo. Out of all my kids, Kaela is the most like me. Two alphas in a small yard 😁 Kaela is a complex, passionate, deeply opinionated woman. So much so that when Chase told me he was going to propose, l asked him if he was sure.... 🤣Anyone who meets my KK instantly sees she is a fiercely driven and motivated young woman. What most people miss though is she is the most tender-hearted soul you will ever meet. She would give the clothes off her back if you were in need. I am so happy for her and Chase to start their lives together as man and wife! Can't wait to see what God has in store for them! If you meet me, ask me about my wife Dawn, my favorite author and my love of hiking.
Father of the Groom
Proud Father of the groom, husband, brother, son, soldier, friend! Whatever Chase does, he does with his whole heart. Watching him navigate life brings us much joy, and some good laughs! We are so happy you chose Kaela, now we both have smokin’ hot wives!! Stay prayerful and faithful, let love lead in all things. If you meet me, ask me about my 4 BIG dogs, my current standing on the Special Olympics Bocce ball circuit, or Chase’s biggest secrets!
Officiant
I’ve had the honor of serving as the young adults pastor at Vista Community Church, where Kaela and Chase have been deeply invested since their time in Central Texas. It’s incredibly easy for me to affirm and celebrate this marriage, because I’ve watched the work they’ve put in to honor God in their relationship. They are both selfless and humble, but also a ton of fun. Now serving as leaders in young adult ministry themselves, it’s been such a joy to serve alongside them and witness the impact they’re having on others. And if you ever find yourself stuck in a Home Depot parking lot with materials that definitely don’t fit in your car… hope you run into Chase—he just might rescue you.
