What Should I Do if I Can't Make It?

Please RSVP by August 23, 2026. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

What Time Should I Arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to grab a complimentary beer or wine and get settled. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour be held outdoors. The reception will be indoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing certain heels! Do not want any face plants... might end up in a photobook.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy a fun date night!

For cocktail attire, women have a variety of elegant options to choose from. Consider a tea-length or knee-length dress that offers a sophisticated silhouette, or opt for a stylish midi dress that falls elegantly below the knee. A dressy pantsuit can also be a fashionable choice, combining comfort and chic style, especially when tailored to fit perfectly. Just remember (Below the Knee) For men, dressing for cocktail events typically calls for a classic suit complemented by a dress shirt and a tie. Choose a suit in a versatile color like navy, charcoal, or black, and pair it with a crisp white shirt for a timeless look. Adding a pocket square can also elevate your ensemble, providing a touch of personality without going overboard. Lastly, polished dress shoes will complete the outfit and ensure you look your best for the occasion.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Kaela. We will be offering a variety of mouthwatering Mexican dishes, including street tacos and savory appetizer that you won’t want to miss. Your feedback is important to us to ensure everyone can enjoy the meal!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars, along with vendor vehicles! We prioritize your safety, so if you need to leave your vehicle overnight, feel free to come back the next day between 9 AM and 12 PM to pick it up.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve got you covered with Uber vouchers—each guest gets $10 off each ride to and from the venue. We’ll send out your QR code closer to the big day!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We’re throwing a welcome party for all our amazing friends and family who are traveling to be with us. If you live nearby and a fun atmosphere, we’d be thrilled to have you join us too! Just let us know by September 25th, 2026 if you can make it, so we can make sure there’s plenty of space! Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ll be hosting an open bar for the evening! Beer, wine, and a couple of our favorite cocktails will be available. Come ready to celebrate—just don’t forget to hydrate and plan a safe ride home. 💛
