Understanding that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town, we've made sure to select a venue that prioritizes convenience and accessibility. Denver's elevation is 5,280 feet (a mile above sea level), which may require some adjustment. We definitely recommend staying well-hydrated and prioritizing rest, especially if you're not feeling your best - our utmost concern is for the health and safety of all our guests!

Transportation

Ride Apps (Lyft and Uber) offer pickup and drop-off transportation service for passengers at DIA in both East and West wings. Denver and its neighboring cities offer a multitude of attractions and activities to explore. If you opt for a rental car, DIA has more than 10 major rental car companies serving travelers. We've secured room blocks at two hotels, with The Vib Hotel being one of them. The Vib Hotel offers a more budget-friendly rate, providing our guests with an affordable option. The block discount for this hotel is available from Wednesday, July 31st, to Wednesday, August 7th, giving our guests the option to arrive early or extend their stay. To secure your reservation, click the "View" button below. You'll be directed to the booking portal where the discounted rate is already applied. By default, the dates selected will be Wednesday, July 31st to Wednesday, August 7th, so be sure to edit the duration of your stay before selecting your room/booking. If no rooms are available at the time of your booking, please contact us, and we can reach out to the hotel to open up more availability. If preferred, you’re also more than welcome to choose accommodations at any hotel or through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

We've also secured room blocks at The Source Hotel which provides a more upscale experience. The block discount for this hotel is available from Thursday, August 1st, to Sunday, August 4th. To secure your reservation, click the "View" button below. This will direct you to the booking portal. The discount code will be pre-applied - simply filter to the month of August and customize the duration of your stay before selecting your room/booking. Again, if preferred, you can choose accommodations at any hotel or through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.
