Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Attire - nice dresses, pantsuits, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks.
A shuttle will be available to take guests from the parking lot to the ceremony location down the hill. Please arrive by 4:45pm as the shuttle will stop operating shortly before the ceremony will begin. Note that traffic around the area is pretty heavy at this time, so travel times will likely be longer than at other times of day.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

After the ceremony a shuttle will be available to take the guests back up to the reception location where there will be light bites available while the wedding party and family are taking photos. Once the wedding party rejoins the rest of the guests at 7pm there will be a full buffet dinner, dancing, speeches, and of course cake!
