Baby Fund
In lieu of a typical registry, we have a personal request for our friends and family.
As we look beyond our wedding day, the next chapter for us (like so many couples) is starting a family of our own. But building that family will look much different, and be significantly more complex, than it is for most.
As the result of a rare condition that affects about 1 in 5,000 women, Madi was born without a uterus. Because of this, we’ll need to use IVF and the help of a surrogate to have kids of our own.
To make this dream possible, we’ve decided to forgo the traditional asks and instead have what we’ve lovingly dubbed our “baby fund.” In place of gifts, we would be incredibly grateful for any contribution toward this next step in our lives.
Asking for money is never fun, and trust us, a new microwave or a fresh set of towels does sound pretty sweet, but any support you’re able to give would mean so much in helping us realize our dream of starting a family.
