If you already know that you’ll be attending—or that you won’t be able to—please RSVP as soon as possible. If you’re unsure at this time, we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 25, 2026 at the latest. That being said, if you plan to stay on-site, please make sure to book your accommodation by the end of June to guarantee your spot. To RSVP, just follow the instructions in the RSVP link. You can submit responses for everyone in your party at once.
If a plus one is included for you, it will be attached to your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions about bringing a date, please feel free to reach out to Charlotte or Dan.
Your RSVP link will list all invited guests in your party, including children! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Dan or Charlotte.
The weather at Castle Mountain is usually quite pleasant in early October, with daytime highs in the low 20s°C and cooler evenings. That said, Alberta’s weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend being prepared for anything—especially if you plan on doing some exploring. Our wedding ceremony is planned to be outdoors, with a backup option in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. The reception and dancing will be indoors.
When you arrive at the resort, there is ample free parking. The ceremony is a short walk from the resort through the woods. There is no parking available at the ceremony site, but limited shuttle transportation will be available for guests who are unable to walk there. When you RSVP, please let us know if you think that you may require the shuttle.
We would love for you to wear whatever makes you feel your best! There is a short walk through the woods to the ceremony area so please keep that in mind when selecting footwear.
For our ceremony, we ask that all guests turn their phones off and refrain from taking photos. That said, we absolutely encourage you to capture memories outside of that time.
Castle Mountain Resort offers a variety of beer, wine, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic options. We are still finalizing what type of bar we will be offering, and we’ll share the details with guests once everything is confirmed.
Up until Oct 1, please feel free to reach out to Dan (780-994-4268) or Charlotte (780-902-2260) with any questions. After that date, an alternate contact will be provided. Please note that cell service at Castle Mountain can be unreliable. Since we’ll be heading down early, our response time may be a little slower than usual.
We know that joining us for an out-of-town wedding requires time, travel, and expense, and we don’t take that lightly. Having you there is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. As we’ve built a home together over the past six years, we’re grateful to already have everything we need. If you feel inclined to contribute, in lieu of a traditional gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon adventure in Africa would be deeply appreciated.
If you have any questions about our wedding, please do not hesitate to contact us. This day is truly meant to be a thank you to those who have supported us for so many years. Our hope is that every guest feels relaxed, welcomed, and able to fully enjoy a weekend in the mountains.
