Welcome to Castle Mountain Resort! We will likely be busy getting set up for the big day in the morning, but in the afternoon, we will absolutely be ready to take on anyone willing to challenge us at yard games. If you are around, we would love to spend time with you and play some of our favorite games. Mölkky anyone?

Thank you so much for making the trip to celebrate with us, whether you got here early or are just arriving. We’d love to say hi and catch up! If you’re around, feel free to swing by the T-Bar Pub anytime between 5–8 PM to say hello. They’ve got great comfort food, solid drinks, and a super laid-back vibe. We’ll be keeping it pretty low-key since Saturday is the big day!

Ceremony

Shoes you can walk in!
Fingers crossed, we are planning for our ceremony to take place outdoors. Depending on where you are staying on the resort, the walk to the site along the Yeti Trail takes approximately 15-25 minutes, so please keep this in mind when preparing for the day. Limited shuttle transportation will be available only for guests who are unable to walk to the site; if you anticipate needing the shuttle, please let us know in advance. In an attempt to keep our ceremony bear-free, food and drinks are not permitted on the trail or at the ceremony site. However, water will be provided for guests. We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony, though photos are welcome before and after.

We are officially married! Head back to your room to refresh or let your kiddos have a quick nap while we take some photos, then join us for drinks and light appetizers. You can hang out on the patio or in the reception space. You might even have time for a cornhole rematch. Be sure to take lots of photos and don’t forget to sign the guest book!
Reception

Please be in your seats by 600 PM. A buffet-style dinner will be served shortly after, and if you’re reading this, you’re lucky—you’ve just earned your table's spot in line. Once you have RSVP'd, then text Charlotte or Dan “Moose” and we’ll make sure you’re placed in the buffet queue in the order you responded. All allergies and dietary restrictions can be accommodated, so please make sure to let us know in advance to ensure everyone is taken care of.
Speeches
7:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Speeches are Charlotte’s absolute favorite part of a wedding! Before we hit the dance floor, please give our lovely friends and family your full attention. The bar will be closed during speeches, so make sure to top up your drink ahead of time.
