Tom and Charlotte first crossed paths in high school, at Schools of the Sacred Heart. They reconnected on Hinge in March 2024 and went on their first date. At Iron Horse in downtown San Francisco, the two discussed their favorite topics. Tom talked about his love of sports, dislike of waiting in lines, and how in Kindergarten he got an A on his report card. Charlotte discussed her love for somatic breath-work and yoga, her affinity for fashion, and her dislike of spiders. Charlotte ended their conversation on the importance of preserving the environment and taking public transit, and then Tom offered to give her a ride home -- in his Jeep. Both were charmed from the start. By the third date, they both knew they were meant to be together. Charlotte loved Tom's sense of humor, open-mindedness, kindness, and steadfast determination. Tom loved Charlotte's independent thought, commitment to her values, work ethic, and care for others. While balancing life can feel challenging, being together always felt easy. From there, they didn't look back. Tom shared his love for Tahoe by "teaching" Charlotte how to ski (Charlotte watched a YouTube video titled "How to Ski" while Tom snowboarded). Charlotte introduced him to matcha lattes and the joy of hiking outdoors. Together, they traveled to Fiji and Tahiti, floated down rivers, bonded over their shared love of the Olympics, and adopted their two sweet kittens, Elvis and Stevie. They now compete to convince new friends that the other one spent fifteen years stalking them since high school. They are both so excited to share their love with their closest family and friends in Joshua Tree.
