When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs are now closed! If you were not able to RSVP, we will miss you! For any attendance questions, please message Charlotte or Steve directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, we have a hotel block of rooms set up at a hotel within 10 minutes of the venue! Please check our Travel tab above to access the hotel block information. The block is available for room booking until June 12th.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately no, only those 18 or older can attend.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please be seated no later than 4:50 PM. There is only one path down into the ceremony space and late arrivals will have to wait to be seated until the processional concludes. There is a Mariners game the same evening and traffic will be heavy - we recommend leaving early! You can check out our "Things To Do" tab for Mercer Island recs when getting on the island early.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, semi-formal attire. Please no: white dresses (let's leave that to the bride), pink hues (let's leave that to the wedding party), shorts, or jeans, please. We recommend looking at the weather forecast ahead of time so you can dress comfortably within the dress code since the ceremony is outdoors.

Are you accepting gifts?
Answer
If you wish to give a gift, we are only accepting gifts that fit within a card or envelope at the wedding (or just a card is fine, no need to give a gift if that is a hardship!). We will have a card box available. If you want to give the couple a larger gift than can fit in an envelope, please text Charlotte or Steve.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, the whole wedding is taking place at the Congregational Church on Mercer Island and there is a large free parking lot out front.

Is there transportation organized to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
No, but you are welcome to use Uber or Lyft if you like.
