Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:15 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The ceremony will take place outdoors in an amphitheater style space with wooden benches for seating with trees surrounding providing shade (see photo above). Please check the weather in advance and dress with the temperature in mind! Please no: white dresses, light pink hues, shorts, or jeans. Please be seated by 4:50 PM so you may find your seat before the processional. There is only one pathway to the ceremony space and late arrivals will have to wait to be seated until the processional concludes. Please check traffic! There is a Mariners game the same evening as the wedding and traffic will be heavy. We recommend leaving early (see "Things To Do" tab for Mercer Island spots to check out when getting on island early!) Our ceremony is unplugged - please silence or power off phones. The ceremony space is only accessible via stairs with a railing (there is no ramp). Accommodations can be made for guests who cannot use stairs with a railing, so please let us know when you RSVP.
