We asked for RSVPs on the initial Save the Date invite so if you are receiving this we are assuming you are a YES! If you can no longer make it, please let us know. Please RSVP for each of the individual events by May 20th 2026.
We recommend that you fly into Olbia Costa Smeraldo (OLB) airport in the northeast. However, Sardinia has three airports and it's a smallish island. So while OLB is the closest to the venue and the most convenient, getting to Borgo Smeraldo from any of the island's airports will be easier than a LAX transfer or a delayed train from LGW to London.
We are covering two nights of accomodation (Friday Sept. 18th & Saturday Sept. 19th) and have booked blocks of rooms at local resorts either on-site or right down the road. You are responsible for getting yourself to the venue, but we have the accomodation covered! Additional details about accomodations will be emailed directly. Importantly, if you prefer to handle your own accomodation, please let us. A heads up sooner rather than later would be greatly appreciated, and help us with our room allocations. Check in: 3pm on September 18th Check out: 1pm on September 20th

Pizza and pasta and light bites will be served on Friday. Saturday's menu will be decided in June after Phil has visited and tried the food. Chicken tenders are not off the table. The Sunday Brunch menu will be mediterranean food, served family-style.
The events are a Friday dinner + Saturday Ceremony/Reception + Sunday Brunch. Breakfast on Saturday is also included, just wonder down to the restaurant at a reasonable hour! Beyond that you are on your own to explore and relax and do as you please! You'll have all of Saturday to yourselves to see Sardinia. The hotel has multiple pools, there are beaches nearby and Porto Cervo is a great place to depart with your hard-earned cash!
