Train
The best and cheapest way to travel to London is via train. (Unless you're travelling from overseas). If you book your tickets 12 weeks before you travel, this is where you will get the best discount. (& don't forget to use your railcard if you have one). Driving can be expensive by the time you pay for parking and don't forget the city emissions charge which can be costly - nonetheless we are happy to help you find parking should you wish to drive. If you're using the underground in and around London, just use your contactless card or phone at the barrier.
Travel Note
Black cabs are easily accessible & Uber is also a popular in the city. If you're taking some time to enjoy the city whilst you're here we really recommend walking around - some things are much closer than you think. An evening stroll around London is one of our favourite things to do, it also means you get to dodge the tourists.
