The main event! It may be a scorcher, but we'll be shaded by ancient carob and olive trees. Italian formal attire, with drama very much encouraged.

Hair of the dog, anyone? Come and learn about Sicilian wine, whilst sampling varieties from across the island, accompanied by some light snackies. This one is optional, if you've a sore head!
Pool Party

For better or worse, join us at BJs' Beach Bar (aka the venue's pool) for a chilled pool party and refuel with pizza, gelato, and spritz.
