I have known Arturo, well, since he was born. For the last 30 years, he has been there for all of life's struggles and joys. I know I can always count on "Turi" whenever I need extra support or need to have a good time. I look forward to having him next to me for what for sure will be the happiest day of my life.

We certainly had a lot of good times, but more importantly, we knew we could count on each other for support during the more stressful hours of college, medical school applications, and afterward.

I met Anthony on the first day of medical school. We instantaneously hit it off, being both out-stateters and sci-fi nerds with a similar sense of humor. After our first year in med school, we became roommates for the remaining three years. Thus, Anthony was actually my "first marriage". It would only be fair that he stand next to me to hand me off for my actual marriage.
