Huge urban park with a long sea wall, trails, gardens, aquarium and beaches.
Vancouver Aquarium
The best aquarium. They have belugas and sharks. The jelly fish are Charlotte’s favourite. Might catch a glimpse of the sloth or an octopus if you're lucky!
Spanish Banks Beach
A spectacular example of a Vancouver beach. Kits beach and Third beach are also great options.

Saint Marks Summit
There is an embarrassment of riches when it comes to hikes around Vancouver. This one is pretty popular but the views are incredible if you don't mind sharing the trail.
Sea To Sky Highway
One of the most beautiful drives on the planet. Stop at the Sea to Sky Gondola or head to Squamish for lunch. Head to Whistler for a hike or to experience the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre.
Museum of Anthropology at UBC
Our wedding is being held on the traditional, unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. The Museum of Anthropology is a beautiful space to be immersed in the local culture and history.
