Dear All, We are writing with a long overdue update on Charlotte and Cameron’s wedding. As we’re sure you can understand, it’s been very difficult to know if we should even have a wedding, and if so what a safe wedding in these pandemic times should look like. We've been wrestling with this for the past several months and have finally made a decision. After planning and anticipating their wedding for almost a year, Charlotte and Cameron will be getting married in Vermont on August 8 with only immediate family and some very close friends present. Under normal circumstances we would have loved for you to be with us to celebrate, but in these anything-but-normal times we want to keep everyone safe and yet help Charlotte and Cameron marry and move on with their lives. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You will be there in spirit. With love, Rod and Lucy Vermont has always been a special place for us because we both grew up vacationing here. Cameron spent many summers in Woodstock where his grandparents and subsequently, his parents, had a summer home. I made yearly ski trips to Stratton with fond memories of speeding down the mountain with my sister. After meeting in 2013, we continued this tradition by heading to Woodstock as often as our schedules allowed. We love Vermont for many reasons but mostly for its abundance of trees, greenery, mountains and fresh air and for its laid back atmosphere and friendly people. Given our fondness for the Green Mountain State, we couldn't think of a more perfect place to wed and share this great place with our closest family and friends.
