Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport

If you're flying into town, the Rochester airport is 10 minutes to downtown (where the hotel and venue are!)

Train

Amtrak (NYC to Rochester)

If you're coming from NYC, the Amtrak goes through Rochester and the station is about 4 minutes from the hotel/venue

Shuttle

Minibus to and from the Hyatt

November 22, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm

We will have a 12-person minibus running between the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will begin pickups from the hotel at 3:30 PM to take guests to the ceremony. At the end of the night, starting at 10:00 PM, the shuttle will make return trips back to the hotel so everyone can celebrate worry-free.

Downtown Rochester is very Uber/Lyft friendly, so getting a car during the weekend shouldn’t be a problem
