Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

If you are planning on making a DC trip out of your travel to the wedding, DCA is the closest airport to downtown DC. Warrenton is approximately a 55-minute drive from DCA.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles is a slightly larger airport, so there may be more flight options traveling into the DC area. It is about a 35-minute drive from Dulles to Warrenton.

You can make your reservation for travel to and from the airport online ahead of your visit. From either DCA or Dulles, Super Shuttle has ride service options starting at $95 per person round trip.

Uber to Warrenton

Once you create an account, you can use the Uber app on your phone to hail a ride from the airport to Warrenton once you land. An uber ride from Dulles to Warrenton is approximately $50 each way. An uber ride from DCA to Warrenton is approximately $115 each way. Uber service is also available between the hotel and the Black Horse Inn for approximately $8 each way.

Hampton Inn Warrenton

We have reserved a block of rooms under the Spanjich-Kerr Wedding at the Hampton Inn Warrenton. The discounted rate is $149 plus tax per night for either one king bed or two queen beds. The rate includes a complimentary hot breakfast. There are also a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance of the hotel. Subject to availability, the group rate will be applied to reservations made before September 25, 2019, although we recommend making your reservations early, as it is a busy time of year for weddings in Warrenton. As of June, the hotel is completely sold out for the weekend of our wedding, with just a few rooms remaining in the block. Check-in at the hotel is at 3PM. We have been advised that early check in will not be possible, so please take this into consideration when making your travel plans.

Shuttle

Shuttle Service Between Hampton Inn and Black Horse Inn

We can't wait to raise a glass with you to toast our marriage, but please don't drink and drive. A complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Hampton Inn Warrenton and the Black Horse Inn. The venue is approximately an eight minute drive from the hotel. Shuttle rides to the Black Horse Inn will begin at 3:15PM and run approximately every 20 minutes until the ceremony starts at 4:30PM. Note that the shuttle can only transport 32 passengers each trip, so please plan accordingly. Shuttle rides from the Black Horse Inn to the Hampton Inn Warrenton will start at 8PM and run until 10:30PM, a half hour after the reception has concluded.

If you were unable to book a room at the Hampton Inn Warrenton, consider staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warrenton, just a five minute Uber ride from the Black Horse Inn.
