Please RSVP no later than September 21, 2019.
If your invitation says "and Guest," please let us know if you will bring a plus one. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We would like for all of the moms and dads to enjoy a night out, so children are not invited. If you will be traveling with children, our venue has recommended that you consider making your own arrangements with either My Staffing Solutions (703-250-0700) or White House Nannies (301-652-8088) for babysitting services during the wedding.
The wedding venue is accessible from two different airports. We have also reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn Warrenton at a discounted rate. As of June, the hotel is completely sold out for the weekend of our wedding, with just a few rooms remaining in the block. We have included information on airports, room block reservations, and alternate hotels you might consider on the Travel page.
The Black Horse Inn has a limited amount of parking for wedding guests. Complimentary shuttles will be provided between the Hampton Inn Warrenton and the Black Horse Inn. Alternatively, Uber service is available in Warrenton between all area hotels and the wedding venue.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the Hampton Inn Warrenton to the Black Horse Inn before the ceremony. Shuttle rides will also run from the Black Horse Inn to the Hampton Inn Warrenton throughout and following the reception. Transportation will not be provided for guests staying at other hotels.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes early to enjoy the beautiful Black Horse Inn estate. A complimentary shuttle will run from the Hampton Inn Warrenton to the Black Horse Inn every 20 minutes starting at 3:15PM.
We want you to look and feel stunning, so cocktail attire is best. Rain or shine, the ceremony and the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Please plan accordingly. The space will be tented, if necessary. Ladies, no need to worry about heel savers, as both the ceremony and the cocktail hour will be held on stone patios.
While the weather is in Mother Nature's hands, the Farmers Almanac suggests you should prepare for sunshine and temperatures in the 60s. Ladies, if you are planning to wear a sleeveless dress, we suggest bringing a shawl or light jacket for your comfort during the outdoor events.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites are all handicapped accessible. For those in need of assistance, a golf cart will be made available for traveling between locations.
