With the ceremony starting at 4:30pm, we recommend you arrive at 4:00pm to ensure you can park and get seated on time!

Parking is available at the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate for those listed on your invitation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Are children welcome?

Although we love your little ones, this is a kid-free wedding and we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you do not have your phone out during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer will be capturing the ceremony for us!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

With it being August, if it’s too hot, the ceremony will be inside. If we get lucky with the weather, we will be outside. Cocktail hour will be outside. Reception will be inside/outside. We will update this closer to the wedding day.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be a bus taking guests from The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Statesville (block included) to the wedding venue. The same bus will take guests from the venue to the hotel after the wedding. There’s a spot for everyone!
