Travel

If you're flying in, you can take the Seattle Link from the airport to north Seattle, about an hour ride. If you're staying in north Seattle, the stations you'll probably be close to are Northgate, Roosevelt, U District, or University of Washington. If you need a ride from a Link station to where you're staying, please let us know!
North Seattle is residential and tends to have many AirBnBs. Downtown Seattle is readily accessible via the Link or by car and will also have lots of options for hotels/airbnbs. Just remember that summer in Seattle is tourist season, so book lodging early!
Getting to/from the west side of Seattle (from the Ballard, Magnolia, Sunset Hill neighborhoods) can be slow. West Seattle is a separate section of Seattle in the Southwest corner of the city, and not close to Ravenna. If you're staying farther away or renting a car, be aware that I-5 can have heavy traffic during peak travel times, especially on the weekend.
