Hotel

Venue: The Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa

1200 Carillon Point
Kirkland, WA 98033

This is our venue for the weekend! We specifically chose it to make logistics easy so definitely recommend people stay here if possible though currently there is limited availability which is impacting prices... keep an eye out for if prices come down!

Recommended: The Heathman Hotel Kirkland

220 Kirkland Avenue
Kirkland, WA 98033

A great option just 1.5 miles from our venue and located in downtown Kirkland - we don't have a reserved blocked or special code so just book directly on the website. Book early to make sure you get the best rate!

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Kirkland

11215 Northeast 124th Street
Kirkland, WA 98034

This is about a 15 minute drive from the venue on the North side of Kirkland, closer to Woodinville if you're eager to explore some wineries! You'll likely want to have a rental car if you stay here.

Rental Car

Seattle–Tacoma International Airport

17801 International Boulevard
SeaTac, WA 98158

If you’re flying in to Seattle and looking to explore during your visit, having a rental car will give you a good amount of flexibility that you can get from the airport (there are shuttles to take you to the nearby facility). While public transit is pretty good within the main areas of Seattle (including the airport on the light rail), getting to/from our venue in Kirkland is easier in a car. If not using a rental, there is plenty of Uber and Lyft availability in the area as well.

Travel Note

Crossing Lake Washington

If you decide to venture between Seattle and Kirkland during your stay, plan to drive instead of relying on public transit. GPS will likely direct you to cross Lake Washington via SR-520 - be aware this bridge has a toll, though there are no toll booths as everything bills by plate. You can alternatively take the bridge to the south along I-90 (yes, the same I-90 that ends in Boston!) with no toll, but be prepared for some traffic.

Train

Public Transit

If you want to use public transit, the light rail will get you between the airport and various places in Seattle. Our venue in Kirkland is NOT connected, though may be some time in 2025. Within Seattle, buses help connect neighborhoods. Any one area of Seattle is walkable but watch out for steep hills downtown. Apple/Google maps can generally help you find the best route.
