Our venue has very firm guest limits and we had to work very hard to figure out a guest list that stays under their cap. We ask that you do not invite additional people beyond what your invitation says and your RSVP options allow for. If you have a long-term, committed partner who you think was left off by mistake or we did not know about, please let us know ASAP.
We love kids and this is not a child-free wedding! If you have children under 2, they do not count towards our guest count and are welcome regardless of if they are listed on your invitation. We do ask that you let us know if they're coming either way so we can plan accordingly. Otherwise, we ask that you limit guests to those listed on your invitation. If you have young children who were left off, please let us know ASAP
We will have a shuttle bus making two trips to bring people to the wedding from Hotel Albuquerque and Hotel Zazz. It will also make two return trips at the end of the night. Rideshares are cheap in Albuquerque and there is ample parking on venue if you choose to drive (Please do Not DWI, it would be embarrassing for Charlie and/or Bryca to explain they knows you to their coworkers).

Please let us know your restriction so we can try to accomodate it. We're working on accomodating the restrictions we can remember, but putting it in writing would be super helpful for us!
The ceremony is outdoors and the outdoor areas remain open throughout the night. There will be tables available outside for those who do not feel comfortable eating indoors. We are not requiring masks, but do ask that if you feel you are sick you consider testing for flu/COVID and take appropriate precautions to prevent spread, including staying home, depending on severity of symptoms .

The farm has been decommissioned for several years now and there are unfortunately no equine friends provided by the venue.
If you have a nickname or different spellings, try those. If your full party is not showing, try having those who aren't showing up RSVP individually. If these options aren't working, reach out to Charlie or Bryca.
Yes! Even if we can guess, a lot of our planning will involve looking at the counter rather than individual names. If we have to go back through and remind ourselves you are coming each time we do something, it’s a major hassle. Please RSVP on the form.
