Travel Note
We would love to bump into people around The Westin throughout the weekend, however, there are many hotels located nearby if you prefer or have loyalty to a brand outside of Marriott. Nearby major hotel chain recommendations: -The Grand Hyatt San Francisco. ~3-minute walk -Hilton San Francisco Union Square. ~5-minute walk -San Francisco Parc 55 (also Hilton). ~6-minute walk Airbnb Airbnb's are also an option. These can be expensive, but also a good fit for larger groups that would like to stay together. Feel free to call/text Charlie or Alexa for recommendations on areas to stay - we'd be happy to help!
Flight
San Francisco (SFO) is the closest and most convenient airport. Oakland (OAK) is also fairly close if you find a better deal. San Jose (SJC) works, too, but it is about 45 miles away.
Travel Note
Uber and Lyft are the best options from the SFO and OAK airports to the hotel. These are both the best options for exploring San Francisco as well. Unless it's rush hour, expect a 30 minute ride to the hotel. BART from SFO or OAK is an option as well. The Powell St. stop is a 0.2-mile walk to the hotel. ~$10 per person. A one-way trip is about 25 minutes.
