Important Parking Information

**GUESTS who are DRIVING THEMSELVES to the venue: When arriving at the barn, guests must park at our remote parking area, Ewald Soccer Field, located a third of a mile down the road. When turning right off of Highway 67, the soccer fields are on the right hand side. Guests are welcome to drop off passengers at the barn before returning to the parking area. Barn at Trinity Peak provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from our parking lot. The VENUE shuttle begins operating about one hour before your wedding and continues throughout the day and night. The Soccer field lot has parking signs that provide the contact information for our shuttle driver for guests arriving after the ceremony. Additionally, they have an on-site parking attendant who can assist guests with navigating to the parking area.

Dinner will be provided by Mission BBQ. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please include them in your RSVP. Later in the evening, starting at 9 PM, we’ll be serving a late-night treat with a build-your-own pancake bar. Beer, soda, lemonade, tea, coffee, and water will be complimentary throughout the night. Cocktails and wine will also be available for purchase.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones—but this party is just for the grown-ups with the exception of immediate family. Think of it as a night off with good food, dancing, and no diaper changes. This gives you an excuse for a date night out!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire. For those planning to wear heels, we recommend opting for a block heel or wedge to ensure comfort on the venue grounds.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes a plus one, we warmly welcome your guest. For invitations addressed to you alone, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought, as we are working within a limited capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, we will have Trolley Transportation from the Hilton to the Venue from 3-4:30 and 9-midnight.
