Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to have time for everyone to get seated.
Due to limited capacity, we will not be able to accommodate children outside of those involved in the bridal party. If you anticipate any limitations with childcare during the event, please reach out to us individually.
We can't make any promises for special plates, but please please let us know of any allergies! We will at minimum make sure all allergens are labeled. We are planning for a nut-free menu.
Yes! There is a parking lot on-site that will have plenty of parking for all guests.
Sort of! We are recommending Garden Attire, meaning nice clothes that are appropriate for an outdoor event. No specific colors, but plan to wear something that is comfortable in summer weather, with breathable fabrics. While this event is not extremely formal, please do your best to avoid very casual clothing such as jeans, etc.
See our travel page for two hotel blocks specific to our event. There are many, many hotels in the Dallas area, so choose whatever best suits your travel needs!
At this time, there is no transportation from the hotel to the ceremony. The Dallas area is widespread and does not have effective public transportation outside of the city center. We highly recommend renting a car or carpooling with fellow travelers! We will let you know if any group transportation becomes available.
