THURSDAY, April 14, 2022.
Doors to the venue will be open to our guests at 5pm.
Unfortunately not. While we love our younger family members, this evening is for the adults. The only children, adolescents, and young adults that will be in attendance are actually in the wedding.
Sort of. We prefer monetary donations in-lieu-of physical gifts. We do have a honeymoon fund on our site that you can donate to.
It's up to you. We have an open bar and want everyone to be safe. There are hotels within a few minutes of the venue. We want you to be able to enjoy yourselves without worry.
You may arrive early but you may have to sit in your vehicle until doors open for the guests at 5pm. Please be mindful that there is construction in the area and it's rush hour traffic. Be sure to give yourself time to get there safely.
Yes, we are requiring all guests to show proof of a negative Covid test regardless of vaccination status.
We will accept photos of negative tests taken no more than 72 hours before the wedding or physical contact with the bride or groom (for guests arriving early). You can also show email of negative test reults.
We will have someone stationed at the doorway to check Covid test results. Please come prepared. DO NOT bring the physical test with you. Simply provide a photo of your results. Or show email if you have the test taken somewhere.
We, the bride and groom, are making this request. We want everyone to be comfortable and be able to enjoy themselves in a safe environment.
That depends on the type of test you take. Most PCR tests can take up to 72 hours before you get the results back although you can get the results sooner than that. Rapid/At-home tests can take as little as 10 minutes. If test results are inconclusive, you will need to take another test.
PCRs are available at most Urgent Care facilities or you can Google locations near you. Rapid/At-home tests can be purchased from several locations including the supermarket. A lot of community organizations have test kits available for free as well. If needed we will have a limited supply of kits available on site.
Yes, all tests have an expiration date on them. Please check the date on your test before taking it.
Yes. All guests, members of the bridal party, guests and vendors are asked to take a Covid test.
We are not forcing anyone to wear a mask. Masks and sanitizer will be available for anyone that needs it.
