Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specified on your RSVP invite we ask that you just bring yourself. Due to venue limits and wedding costs we can only accommodate so many people. We promise the night will still be amazing

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all your kiddos, we ask that unless they are on the RSVP invite you find childcare back home or at your home away from home near the venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We understand wanting to capture the moment but we ask that during the ceremony you leave the photography to the professionals. We want everyone to experience the moment unplugged. All photos will be uploaded on facebook and on the website for your enjoyment. There will be a brief moment during the ceremony where anyone who would like to take a photo from their seat can do so. During the reception you can take as many photos as you’d like.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

So our guests don’t have to put as much effort in trying to mail back RSVP cards there is a digital RSVP on this website. We ask that everyone who received a RSVP invite put in your RSVP here. There is a QR code on the RSVP invite that will take you to the designated spot for RSVP’s.

Will I be attending the wedding?

Answer

As much as we would like to invite everyone to come celebrate our special day with us there is a guest limit for the venue so we have our guest list as family and close friends. Not to worry though, for anyone who is unable to attend or unfortunately didn’t receive an invite, we will be live streaming the ceremony and reception so anyone who wants to be included can.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or a dietary requirement (ex. vegan, gluten free), just let us know when you RSVP and we will do our absolute best to make sure you get to enjoy some delicious food as well.

What happens if i’m late?

Answer

Depending on where we are at during the ceremony, if you arrive late you will be asked to wait outside and join us for the reception. We suggest arriving 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony starts. While you are waiting, you can admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, read your ceremony program and mingle with the guests around your seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outdoors. Reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that everyone come in formal attire, all we ask is that you come in light spring & summer colours

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, of course. We will be doing a cash bar for the reception. They accept cash or card. Please drink responsibly and do not drive home. Ask for a ride, call a cab, or have a cab called for you. We want everyone to get home safe.

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

There is no seating requirement for the ceremony. The front row will be reserved for certain guests but other than that choose any side, both the bride and groom love you just the same. Please keep in mind aisle seats should be saved for those who have mobility issues or need the extra space.

Where should I sit at the reception?

Answer

We have saved everyone a seat a specific tables, there will be a seating chart as you walk into the reception. All you need to do if find your name and go to the corresponding table

When will the wedding day end?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions the day has to come to an end by 1 AM, we ask that everyone leaves by 12:30-12:45 AM to make sure we are out of the venue on time.

Will there be a gap of time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No, the ceremony will be at 5:00 PM and the reception will be right after is. Reception doors open at 5:30 PM.

Either the wedding website or the facebook group that was created.

What are the rules for smoking?

Answer

Smoking needs to be done outside in the marked smoking sections Due to venue rules, marijuana is strictly prohibited to be smoked on the premises

I have a wedding question that is not listed, who should I contact?

Answer

You can contact the bride or groom, we just ask not to be spammed with questions as planning takes a lot of time. Leading up to the wedding we both work full time jobs, the weekend of we will be very busy. If you need to contact us please do so but please be patient with us.
