Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony starts so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but there will be a short walk between the ceremony space and the reception hall, so please bring a light layer in case it cools off in the evening.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests, we’ve reserved a block of rooms nearby. Please check the Travel section of our website for hotel details, booking links, and room block information.

Question

How do I get to the wedding area?

Answer

Monument/Palmer Lake is just off I-25, about 20 minutes north of Colorado Springs and under an hour south of Denver in normal traffic; renting a car is usually the easiest option for getting around.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

At this time, transportation will not be provided. We recommend using rideshare services if you plan to enjoy the bar.

Question

Are there events before or after the wedding?

Answer

We don’t have any formal events planned before or after the wedding, but we hope you’ll take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Monument and Palmer Lake area while you’re here.

Question

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a meal and plenty of drinks at the reception, so come hungry and ready to celebrate.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style, and there will be a dedicated gluten-free section available. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Can I bring kids?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be mostly adults-only. A few very special children will be part of our ceremony as members of the wedding party. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Please note that overflow parking may require a short walk, so we recommend allowing a little extra time to arrive comfortably.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy responsibly, and plan ahead for a safe ride home. We can’t wait to celebrate with a toast (or two) together.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website by July 29, 2026. This helps us finalize seating, favors, and all the little details that make the day perfect.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you’d like to give something, registry details are available on our wedding website. Thank you for thinking of us!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Feel free to take photos and share them during the reception!

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

If you have any questions leading up to the wedding, please feel free to reach out to Charity or Matt.

Question

Will the altitude affect me?

Answer

Our venue is at 7,300 feet, which is higher than many guests may be used to. Most people won’t have any issues, but it’s a good idea to: Stay hydrated Take it easy the first day or two if you’re not used to higher elevations Be mindful if you have any health concerns—consult your doctor if needed We want everyone to feel their best so you can fully enjoy the celebration!
