Hanauma Bay
HIGHLY recommend for snorkeling! Reservations in advance required and get their as soon as the park opens for the best experince All non-local resident adults pay $25.00 per person to enter the Hanauma Bay. (Kids 12 & under are FREE). There is also a $3 parking fee.
Waikīkī Beach
Gorgeous all around. And free. :) Paid parking available at the Honolulu Zoo
Shark’s Cove
Fantastic spot for snorkeling and tide pools Free :) Best experince if you arrive no later than 7:30am
Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
A relatively short and easy hike, with the bonus of tide pools along the side. Beautiful views. Free
Koko Head
Even though the hike is only 1.5 miles, it's all stairs--straight uphill! The views at the top are stunning, so we highly recommend this hike at sunset or sunrise. Free. :)
Iolani Palace
Built in 1882, Iolani Palace is the home of Hawaii's final monarchs. For non-Hawaii residents, audio tours are $25 per person and docent-led tours are $30 per person. Children five and under are free. Reservations required
Pearl Harbor
Visit the location of the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7th, 1941. While the museum and grounds are free and do not require a reservation or ticket, a tour of the USS Arizona, USS Oklahoma, USS Utah Memorial, and other related programs require a ticket. Reservations for the USS Arizona Memorial are available at recreation.gov. Limited amount of timed tickets are available through the website 56 days in the future. If there are no tickets available, additional tickets are released 3pm (HST) the day prior to visit. The National Park Service strongly recommends that visitors make advanced reservations as standby seats many not always be available.
Polynesian Cultural Center

Dole Plantation
Activities include the Pineapple Express Train Tour, Plantation Garden Tour, and the Pineapple Garden Maze. You can also buy all the Dole Soft Serve and fresh pineapple you could ever want. Admission to the grounds and a few other actives are free! For other activities, tickets cannot be purchased online or in advance, but you can purchase a ticket on-site that day. Tickets start at $7.75 for adults and $6.75 for kids, depending on your package.
