Bride & Groom
Flower Girl
Best Man
I’ve had the honor of knowing the groom since the 7th grade, where our friendship first began with shared laughter and the kind of mischief that only crazy teenagers can create. Over the past 17 years, we’ve built a lifetime of unforgettable stories, from ridiculous pranks on people we knew & people we didn’t to moments that have strengthened our bond. It’s amazing to see how we’ve both grown, finding love and starting families of our own, with daughters who are bound to be just as close as we are. Today, I’m proud to stand by him, not only as his best friend but as a brother, celebrating this next chapter in his life.
Maid of Honor
I met Charis in 2015, and we became line sisters in 2016 through Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Since then, our bond has only grown stronger, and I consider her a true sister. I’d do anything for her and will always ride for her, no matter what. Watching her grow into the incredible woman and mother she is today has been such a joy. I’m so excited to be part of her and KeVonte’s special day, witnessing their love come to life. It’s an honor to stand by her side as she starts this beautiful new chapter!
Groomsman
I know the groom from college DSU days. Freshman year the homies linked up outside of Evers Hall, and been cool ever since!
Groomsman
I've known KeVonte since 5th grade and he's practically my brother. I was one of the very first kids back then allowed to come over and hangout. We've gone on each other's family trips plenty of times. I'm proud to be their daughter's Godfather.
Bridesmaid
So lol, literally day ONE of high school, me and this girl were put in the same room. I notice she had a cast on her wrist, I assumed it was a sports injury, however it was just an “injury”. Fast forward through school, Charis became my homeroom homie and my very best friend at McNamara. Every morning she was my listening ear to hear the good and bad of high school woes. So happy we remained close through adulthood ❤️
Groomsman
I met the Groom freshman year at Delaware State. KeVonte was the first person I met on campus and we’ve been brothers ever since. Literal Day 1.
Matron of Honor
Me and Charis met our freshman year of college at Frostburg State University. We had lots of fun our first two years of college, including dressing as twins. We grew a strong bond in college and it continues to grow till this day. We now find ourselves linking up to talk about the most random things and try new food spots as much as we can.
Bridesmaid
I first met Charis at Towson University, where we quickly became friends. From that moment, our friendship blossomed, marked by her kindness and genuine spirit. Over the years, our friendship has grown even during our life transitions, and it’s truly an honor to stand by her side and witness her say ‘I do’.
